The firm is proud to represent some very talented musicians and producers. The firm defended a claim against a producer by a former musician who worked on some tracks. Many songs were involved and the case proceeded for a lengthy period. Following the close of what is known as the discovery period, the Firm filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Such a motion asserts that under the undisputed facts, no jury trial is permitted because the case can be decided by the Court as a matter of law. In the case, the Motion showed that the claims were brought following the time allowed by law, and were otherwise barred completely by law. Summary Judgment was entered and all claims dismissed against the client.

The plaintiff appealed, but the Georgia Court of Appeals affirmed the grant of summary judgment by order on February 20, 2015.
