About Chapar Law
Attorney Albert A. Chapar, Jr. received his degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 1982 from the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduation, he worked for Lockheed-Martin as an engineer in the Advanced Systems Division. He joined the legal department where he became part of a team negotiating multi-billion dollar contracts. While at Lockheed, he obtained his MBA from Georgia State University.
He also earned his Juris Doctor (Doctor of Law) degree from Georgia State University College of Law. He graduated second in his class, and began practicing law at Smith, Gambrell and Russell, a prominent Atlanta law firm.
Mr. Chapar founded the Chapar Law Firm in Atlanta in 1992. The Firm has proven a powerhouse team ever since, winning complex cases against some of the largest and most prominent law firms in Atlanta. In 1998. The Firm maintains offices in Atlanta and Olde Town Conyers. The Firm serves clients in metro-Atlanta and beyond.
The Firm handles a wide range of matters including civil disputes, corporate law and transactions, employment law, intellectual property protection and rights, internet and domain disputes, civil rights and regulatory compliance including Title VII, ADA and FLSA, and business sales and mergers. The Firm has extensive experience in business and related litigation.
Mr. Chapar is AV rated as preeminent in all rated fields, with the highest possible ratings from his peers and judiciary. He is also a professional photographer. He is multilingual. He is married to the former Nadine Basil Kirma. They have three daughters, Sophia, Natalia, and Helena.
