The Department of Labor requires that organizations provide easy access to certain information to their employees by posting the information in locations typically viewed by employees.  But, how does your organization determine which posters are right for it?

The DOL has a quick and easy tool called The First Step Poster Advisor.  The First Step Poster Advisor walks you through a simple questionnaire regarding your organization, and depending on your answers, it provides you with a list of posters required to be posted by your organization.  Give it a try!
