Attorneys Chapar and Strickland recently obtained a directed verdict in a jury trial in the Northern District of Georgia for a long term client. Our client had been sued by an out of state entity that sought significant damages arising out of a business transaction. Our client maintained from the outset of the case that it had fully performed.
The Trial Court came to agree: it granted judgment to our client after the close of plaintiff's evidence.
