The firm represented management in a lawsuit brought by a minority shareholder. The firm secured dismissal of numerous claims though a motion to dismiss, and the entire case by a motion for summary judgment.
The shareholder appealed, but the case was affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals in LEVY v. REINER, 290 Ga. App. 471 (2008).
