Albert  A. Chapar, Jr.

Attorney Chapar, the Firm's founder,  Mr. Chapar is an experienced trial and appellate attorney.  His practice emphasizes business issues.  His numerous clients include small to large businesses and government entities.

He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia State University College of Business and Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the Georgia State University College of Law.  He graduated second in his law school class, with numerous honors and awards.  He has been member of the Georgia Bar since 1990.  Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Chapar served as an engineer for large technology companies.

Mr. Chapar is a published author.  He has taught advanced Georgia Practice and Procedure at the Georgia State University College of Law.
 
Rebecca E. Strickland

Attorney Strickland focuses her practice on business litigation, commercial transactions and the protection of her clients' intellectual property.  In addition to being licensed by the Georgia Bar, Ms. Strickland also is a registered patent agent licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 

She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, with Highest Honors, from Georgia Tech.  Before establishing her law practice, Ms. Strickland served as software consultant for Accenture - a global technology services firm.  While there, she handled computer programming and systems development while managing a post-implementation software support team.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree (with Honors) from the Georgia State University College of Law.
 
Salomon Hazday, Jr.

Attorney Hazday is of counsel to the Chapar Firm.  He is a seasoned business attorney with significant legal experience, both as in-house counsel and in private practice. 

Mr. Hazday speaks English and Spanish fluently.  He has a working knowledge of Portuguese.  He has extensive knowledge of the international business arena - especially Latin America.
 

Mr. Hazday received his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Tech in 1982, and worked for seven years as an Industrial Engineer in a high-tech manufacturing environment.  In 1989, Mr. Hazday received a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University, and in 1994 he received his Juris Doctor degree, with honors,  from the University of Miami School of Law.  He previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel for PeopleSoft, Inc., at the time the second largest enterprise software company in the world.
 

Tracy E. Riser

Ms. Riser, is a paralegal with over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation and commercial transactions.  She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
 
Nadine Kirma

Ms. Kirma serves the Firm as its administrative head and the systems and technical manager. In that capacity, she works to enhance the efficiency of the manner in which the Firm delivers its services to clients.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

She speaks Arabic and English.
