The Chapar Firm, LLC is a Georgia law firm,
located in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
We serve clients throughout Georgia for
most of our work and throughout the United
States and foreign countries for certain intellectual property
work.
The Firm is the successor to a predecessor
firm founded in 1992 by
Albert A. Chapar, Jr. Mr. Chapar is well-known as a scholar and advocate.
The Firm concentrates its practice in civil
matters, with an emphasis upon commercial
transactions and litigation. We think that
providing good advice is the most important
thing that we do.
We remain
prepared to resolve disputes - amicably if
we can, through other means if we must. The
Firm's litigation practice has handled
matters in all state and federal courts in
Georgia at trial and appellate levels, including the most complex of cases
that addressed matters of "first
impression."
The Firm's transactional practice serves
